Very straightforward and easy interview process. They have you demonstrate how to set up a table properly & do a three plate carry. They then ask you questions about your experience and how you would handle a difficult guest.

The interview process was quick and smooth. I did not feel rushed and was able to ask the questions I wanted to task. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Once I applied online, turn around was very quick.
