Very informal. Phone interview that was more informative than interrogative - no in-person interview. Interview/hiring process was predominately focused on collecting my biographical information and determining what prior experience I had with document review/e-discovery software. A few days later I was notified about an upcoming project with a large, prestigious firm in Midtown Atlanta, which I accepted. All training was conducted by the firm and was project specific. Toward the end of that project, I was notified about another upcoming project with the same firm and I transitioned to that new project. This process has been repeated several times without any meaningful gap in available work.
