I spoke with an editor over email, then interviewed with EIC and the editor at the office. It was a conversational interview and easy if you know your literature and have a genuine passion for it.

Interview
I was invited in for an interview which was uncomfortable. It clearly didn't go well but they still gave me a fact-checking assignment to complete. I know I did well on it (it was very easy) but of course I didn't get the job because I did poorly on the interview. I felt that my time had been disrespected.
