I applied online. I interviewed at The Oxbridge Research Group (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
3 interviews took place. First one was a phone interview, second and third interview were in person. They advertised 13 days ago on indeed.com, I applied 12 days ago. They interviewed on the phone for 30 minutes, then invited me for a second interview for an hour (panel interview), then invited me for a third interview in a weeks time. On the day of the interview 1.5 hours before the interview time I was on the train to London and they called me to tell me unfortunately they don't have the time to train anyone right or guide anyone, however they are still interested in me as a candidate and if I could wait another 3 months and then they will let me know!!
They wait till 1.5 hours before the third interview to tell me they're too busy to train for this job and putting the role on hold. Why waste a candidate's time and money on interviews if they don't have their act together? They had been advertising for 3 months and this was their second advert which had been placed 12 days ago. If they're too busy why place the second advert 12 days ago and hold 3 interviews? They also made me sign an NDA a few hours before the third interview. If they were too busy they could have told me at least the evening before about cancelling the third interview and not sent the NDA instead.
Its absolutely pathetic! Stay away from them!! They're not professional at all.
