I applied to the job after having a coworker, of 15 years, getting my resume walked through the system. I met with HR and then was told I'd hear back the next day to set up an interview with the hiring manager. A week went by and I sent an email asking about the follow-up. Within a day the HR manager in New York reached out to set up an interview with me. Within an hour of that time the hiring manager personally texted me to set up an interview immediately the same day at 2pm. I entered the Zoom call at 1.55pm. He was no where to be found. I sent the HR, his direct report and him emails asking if the link is dead because they moved the interview to that day. I heard from none of the 3. I proceeded to text the hiring manager to tell him that I'm online. Do I have the correct link? Silence. Emailed all three again and got another link. The hiring manager did not show up to that link. I proceeded to email AGAIN to the HR person. A few hours ago by and she had tells me that the hiring manager said he showed up at 2pm and that I was not there. Are you kidding me? I had all links open for 50 minutes. I suppose that this punk got scared because when I looked at his LinkedIn profile he had no music industry experience vs. my 2+ decades so I assume he ghosted me. The HR manager told me that he was out of town for the next week. Just nasty and ghetto. Don't waste your time.

None. The interviewer ghosted me while I waiting for him and told the HR manager a lie.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Orchard in Feb 2025
Interview
Interview was straight forward, and online over zoom for the 1st round. It was more in personality and fit questions. Experience focused. They never got back to me after the first interview.

Question 1
Tell me about your self, what is your expected salary range, what was your experience like
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Orchard (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
Very cool process with a real person. Casual but also professional. Worked as an independent contractor alongside a greater team. Interview was skill based so having a portfolio helped a lot.
