The process was easy. I met them at a restaurant. The interviewers asked about my management style, friendliness, time management, multi-tasking, etc. The interviewers were from HR and were very personable.

Pretty simple interview. Basic questions about yourself, as well as some food related knowledge inquiries. I met with a vice president as well as a regional manager and then met with another set of managers in a different locations as they were trying to figure out a good location to place me.

Interview
Arrived to the interview and it was conducted with the Regional manager. Went over my resume and my previous experiences. Asked questions regarding my resume and how I could make a positive impact on the company and what I could personally bring to the table in term of my previous food service experience. I was able to discuss my previous experience, was asked how to do certain things and what to do in certain situations.
