First phone interview. Then after they make sure you're interested in the role, and you suit this job, they ask you to do an aptitude test. Then another interview with the HR department.

The recruiter called me and asked how much I know about the hotel. Then she described what works will be done as this role to make sure both sides' expectation align. She asked a couple more questions of my background.
