Straight forward. Honest. Excellent. Expect to answer a lot of questions about your work history, and experience. Research the opportunity beforehand, and expect to answer questions on why you are a good fit. Do you love your community? Do you have time to commit? Do you have the support of your family to start up a business?
Very informative and I felt comfortable the entire time. Angie was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about the opportunity. She made sure I understood everything and didn't know and didn't mind me asking questions with all the information she gave.

3 part Interview process with one main goal of selecting candidates who are able to invest time into business model until return on investment is obtainable. Friendly staff and seems like everyone is supportive. This is a contract role and all hires are responsible for their own business.
