Met recruiter at college fair and gave my resume. Lady contacted via e-mail to set up interview. It's entry-level position and I was asked what experience I had with caregivers why I would be a good one etc. Gave me a test to see my knowledge of caregiving. Provided 3 references.

Friendly staff, greeted in a timely fashion, discussing job history, experience, and training. Job overlook/description, availability and expectation. Very professional and welcoming. Highly recommended. During the training process you train a day with each discipline to learn the job of your coworkers. Allowing for good communication and understanding.
