Easy. Fill out an application and one of the Department managers will contact you. Ask you basic interview questions like tell me about yourself and what are your strengths and weaknesses? Second interview is with general manager.

Very relaxed, good questions. Was asked basic interview questions, but I could tell some where tailored around their culture. They are looking for people that are friendly and make customers feel like they are at home.

Involved two people- main manager & one floor manager. Asked a series of questions. Relatively easy. Perked up when they heard I knew someone from store. Were fishing for someone to be around for a bit (that is fine but they only seemed to be fine with college types if they were established to work only during summer & give every weekend). Took a few days for them to call me back for an offer.
