The Management Trust interview questions

The Managers were very professional and very kind. I really enjoyed the conversation. I would say that it was difficult because they had roughly 10 questions they asked regarding customer service and specific experiences in property management.

There was 3 interviews, it seemed like they were really focused on how someone would fit with their culture and willing to be there for the long hall. Were trying to avoid turnover and show that no matter their role that everyone does their part to keep the place running smoothly.
