Terrible. Very poor poor communication from what is expected out of the role and the position. Standards were not set until an offer was made as it should have been communicated during the entire interview process. Expectations were also fabricated during the communication of the everyday role and responsibility. This is a role that requires a great amount of communication and that lacked very much.
