The Looma Project interview questions

Hiring manager explains the position and hiring process prior to the interview which was very cool. First round is a 15 minute call with cookie cutter questions, periodically I could tell the HM was looking down to check off boxes which made the interview feel quite impersonal. Not a very diverse company, in hindsight I would’ve taken a harder look at the company’s team page and not wasted my time.

Process is confusing and there was no clear Point of Contact. I was contacted by the head of the department to interview and was sent an audition task. One good thing is they donate to a charity of your choice when submitting this, but I never received confirmation that they donated, so not sure if it is true. I tried emailing them about the task and always got a response from someone different each time. It just seemed so unorganized that to me was a red flag.
