I applied online. I interviewed at The Little Gym (London, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Phone interview (very brief, basic questions mostly surrounding gymnastic skill set and availability). This was followed up by an in-person interview; note that this interview took 45 minutes to 1 hour. A couple of general interview questions, then you sit in on a class, and the interview is finished off with another set of questions.
Note: you will have to sing
The process was pretty casual, I came in for a trial class with a head instructor where I mainly just helped guide kids and spot them. Then afterwards, they went over what the job responsibilities would be.
The interview process was a bit odd. I got a tour of the place, was based on physical ability as well and was asked about any gymnastics experience. I thought it would be more formal.
