Included a formal interview with question and answers as well as an observation of practices and tour of facilities. Discussed future goals and employee expectations as well as employee benefits. Was told about paid time off and holiday pay. The facility is close by convenient locations to eat.
Easy very nice and informative 2 part interview then you come in for observation and meet with the kiddos. It’s about a hour long , they reached out maybe a week later
