The Leadership Institute interview questions

Leadership Institute's hiring process is diffused, meaning individual hiring managers are responsible for posting jobs, identifying applicants, and overseeing the interview/hiring process. Once applicants have successfully moved on to the "next phase," the hiring manager takes the paperwork to their Vice President, who signs off on it and takes it to the Executive Vice President, who must also sign off. The paperwork then goes over to HR.

First a phone call which was casual and friendly, followed by a virtual interview which was longer and more formal. Basic questions were asked and the atmosphere was laid back and conversational (while directed questions guided the talk)
