Applied online and submitted my resume. Got a questionnaire to complete pre-interview process. The 3 questions were simple more about personality intro, but timed and silly. You have to play 3 games which builds an AI profile of who you are. Culture seems to be amazing, you get that kind of WOW factor when you walk into the building. The interviewing process was less than stellar. After i completed my in-person interview, i was told i'd hear back from the CIO/Technology Director within 3 business days. I waited 3 weeks and sent a friendly email to HR, no response, the week after I get an email stating there has not been a decision and will get back to me. 2 weeks after that, i sent another friendly reminder asking if there is mutual decision either a yes or no. One day after that, i get a simple response for no after waiting a total of 6-7 weeks since the start of the process. For the IT team, it doesn't sound like they know who/what they are looking for. When you interview with a panel of 8-10 people without breaking down separate interviewing process, you don't really get a good idea of what they are looking for. Some of the IT questions contradicted the role in specific areas as they are looking to replace a former employee, where as they stated they need a generalist, but are looking for a specialist in some areas. In all, i'd say it looks and presents itself as a great firm, not sure about the talent level on the teams since some of the questions asked were what i would call entry level sys admin. There was less implementation questions and more geared towards how you would troubleshoot basic domain infrastructure. AD/GPO/Packaging/WSUS etc... Also as another reviewer commented, the pay range discussion is definitely below average compared to downtown Boston/Waltham/ corp IT locations.
