Interview
After the online interview, I was ghosted. I had a great time talking with them but I find disappearing and not answering to emails a bit unprofessional. I understand that there are a numerous amount of candidates but sending out an automated rejection email takes 2 seconds.
Three Steps, all over video round 1 was a basic manager screen. Step 2 was a skills assessment and third round was executive leadership meeting. Quick turnaround time after each session. About 2-3 week total
