I had an extremely comforting and welcoming interview experience. I first came across the intern opportunity via LinkedIn, which, in my opinion, is the easiest way to apply for jobs right now. After some waiting time, I received an email offering my an interview time. There was some miscommunication on time zones for the interview, but we resolved the issue and I felt comfortable opening up to my interviewer on my school and professional experience. My second interview was with two employees I would potentially be working with in the summer, and I don't think I have had a better interview experience yet. TKWW's employees have a genuine demeanor and want to see their coworkers and overall company find success in everything they do. I feel TKWW's greatness lies within the abilities and kindness of its individuals
