Interview
The interview process was lengthy. There were 4 interviews overall - 1 direct report, VP and 2 team member culture fit interviews. The HR point of contact wasn't really responsive until needed to schedule an interview at the last minute.
The next phase was to develop a marketing campaign of their choice that is incredibly broad - in addition to coming up with who you think their target audience is and a budget you think would be be best for a boosted campaign.
Followed up on the application two days after returning the project, no response. Hours later received an automated message saying that I wasn't selected for the position with no a reason. With such a lengthy process, it would be nice to know why a candidate was not chosen.
I'm sure they knew of their decision before they requested the project.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn, was reached out to by a recruiter to schedule an interview. Two minutes after the scheduled interview, they cancelled and asked to reschedule for the next day (things happen, not a problem). Next day though I never got a call. I followed up twice via email the next week and never heard back. Disappointed because it seemed like a cool opportunity.
