Was conducted electronically over Skype by an experienced recruitment advisor whom I know from my past employment. This interview encompassed questions regarding child safety, venue specific questions, experience and promotional attributes and First Aid points as I was once a venue first aider. The interview was broken down into a few stages. Firstly they wished to know my education and background - Kings now only look for experienced teachers or Sports Coaches. Secondly I was asked about my experience with the Charity and what I knew about them. Third and finally I asked to prepare a session based upon specific parameters about what i would do with a group.
