Straightforward, concisely explained the pros and cons of the job well, and what is needed to succeed.
I went through two zoom interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the department manager.
It was a very quick process, it took less than a week to be contacted, then my first interview was over zoom, and got asked for a second in person interview. All happened within a week.
