Good interview and responded to the application in reasonable time. However, did not get back to the applicant if they were selected or not. Terrible communication and had no respect for the applicant.

Interview
Had a phone interview about a month after I applied online. However, the company doesn't really tell you whether you've passed the phone interview at all even after a follow up email. The organization seemed unprofessional and unorganized. Companies should at least have some decency to let the applicants know the final decisions whether an offer is made or not.
