Interview
Long and slow. The interview process is 4 parts: phone with recruiter, in person with recruiter, in person with management, and in person with potential coworkers. You are also required to "scrub in" to the lab for the last stage to get a feel for the facility. You get a tour of the place, which is nice.

Interview
First a phone interview, then a second interview with 2-3 scientists, and then the final interview. Final interview consisted of 4 parts- 30 minute interview with 4 scientists, 30 minute interview with a different set of scientists, and two 30 minute segments with the technologists.

Applied online, phone interview, lab tour at the company and then the final panel interview. You will first be asked by technicians that will be your future workmates in a group interview, and then the project manager will ask more questions (mostly about your experience) in person.
