The process started with a phone interview with recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to come on-site for an interview, which is still be scheduled.

Typical interview questions, "Tell me about your background." "Tell me about a time when..."
Very long and extremely detailed. I was interviewed by 5 different people throughout the process. The recruiter and hiring manager both made it sound like I was a great fit and then once I was interview by the Brand Managers it was very apparent they were looking for something very different.
