Scheduling was easy but they make you meet with the whole village before telling you that you are not a fit. Before interviewing I was highly interested but after talking I lost interest. I was surprised that a company that does executive hiring does not have a proper process for themselves.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Higgins Group

The interview process is absurd. They want you to meet with almost every employee that works there! I had 7 different meetings. Total waste of time. If you don't like to drink the Kool-Aid this place isn't for you.
