Interview
Initial phone screen -> interview with future manager -> interview with peer -> interview with program director -> research assignment. Largely an average interview process, although the company and role were not well defined throughout.
Phone screening with the talent manager, completed a behavioral assessment, and then had one video interview with the hiring manager. Did not proceed to the next stage, which would have been another video interview with another team member.
