I thought I had a great interview and then they just ghosted me and didn't explain why I wasn't hired. I think it would be professional to have at least responded to my follow up texts with a "sorry, we don't think you'd be a good fit at our salon" or something along those lines, but I'm glad not to work for an employer who would do this.
