Phone Interview with a Talent Acquisition team member and then a Curriculum team member. First phone call with Talent Team was mostly a personality phone screen and the second interview had more specific questions and scenarios to respond to.

Asked about experience, how I would react to certain situations arising with campers, my management style etc.
there was a FaceTime interview and then an in person interview at their HQ in Washington DC. The FaceTime interview was with one person, the recruiter, and the HQ interview was with a view different people. Both were behavioral.
