After the initial application, I was invited to give a presentation based on a case study followed by a series of competency questions. The interview was 1hr 15 mins. The final stage was an informal catch up with the Director for this business area. I was not put forward for the role after this stage. Overall experience of the process was positive, and communication was good from the talent acquisition partner throughout.
