Watched a safety video in the Security office at the front gate, was then required to fill in a questionnaire based on the video. Taken across the site to the office area. Fairly informal interview with straightforward questions (some listed below) None of the questions were role-specific. Fairly basic “Give me an example of a time you…” type of questions. Important you tailor your answers to make them role specific. The interview itself lasted around 30-40 minutes. It has now been around 3 weeks since the interview and I haven’t heard back. I’ve since emailed the person in Recruitment who organised the interview asking for feedback, but still haven’t received a response.
