I applied directly yo the hiring manager in November 2019. The assessment day was on the 12th of December with 6 other candidates. Before the assessment day, you received the schedule which consisted of fast interviews, presentation and group work. The presentation topic was given 2 weeks in advance which was enough time to carefully prepare. First there was a series of quick 1 on 1 interviews. All of the candidates were rotating between rooms. The interviewers were reading preset questions - STAR questions (be prepared to know your answers in advance as you have to quickly answer).
