3 stages (online application with tests and motivation letter, personality test, english test and IQ test and video interview). There aren't hard, just too long and exhausting a bit, but you can do it step by step. Not in one day.

The interview process is exactly as expressed in the Email. Don't worry, you have explanation before each: logical tests, English test, situation questions and interview process. Don't forget that during the recording of the interview, you can stop at any time (on't stay looking at the screen the last 5 secondes...)

Interview
I applied online, then got an email, outlining the next step. I wrote Cognitive test, English test, Situational Judgement test followed by a 45 sec interview which involved answering 6 pre-recorded questions. The process could be saved after each section.
