The first stage was quite simple, some personal information, CV and cover letter. The second stage of the selection process included a long intelligence test, situational judgement test and interview. The test was quite long but engaging at the same time.

Interview
Online application after which you are invited to an online assessment. If you pass this you will be invited to Amsterdam for an assessment day. The online assessment is very difficult with both numerical, logical test and interview questions. Especially the tests are challenging and hard to pass.

Interview
Applied online then got invited to an online 'Take Off' session. This included abstract reasoning, verbal and numerical online tests. I also had to do a situational judgment exercise and answer six pre-recorded interview questions.
