It was an interview for an internship position in the Human Resources department, under the umbrella of Talent and development. It was in Madrid, Spain.
The director was not really friendly. Didn't make you feel comfortable because she was serious all the time.
They never got back to me to tell me that I was not continuing in the process.

De procedure bestond uit twee gespreksrondes met verschillende mensen. Het was gestructureerd en ik werd goed en eerlijk gechallenged op mijn kennis en motivatie. Een mooie ervaring waar ik over te spreken ben!

I applied for an internship in brewing department and it was a face to face interview after I passed the phone interview session. So the duration of the interview itself was about 20 minutes.

The interview was super chill and not as rigorous as expected it included case questions etc, managers and people were welcoming but a bit tense because had to go through 3-4 stages
