Starts with a submitted application, after around 3 weeks invited to complete a personality quiz and online video. This consisted of a few 2 minute questions, mainly about you and finding out more about your personality. You should make sure that you do the personality quiz as you will be asked about it later in the video interview. The question is based around what your results were and how you found the process.
