Applied online, then had a video interview, which involved a number of questions and around 2 minutes to answer each. Managed to pass the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre but unfortunately couldn't make it.

A short pre-recorded video interview. It was surprisingly informal: the pre-recorded interviewers were charismatic and cracking open some bottles of Heineken. I felt dumb for wearing a tie. The first question threw me: it asked whether I had done some register your interest scheme online, and what I'd thought of it. I hadn't, as this was extra curricular to the normal upload-your-CV-and-away-you-go type of thing.
