The Grove interview questions

The interview process was lengthy, but that is to be expected for this position. The process began with a phone interview, then an interview with the director of operations, then a general manager, then the director of company operations, then a followup with the director of operations, and the final step was a stage. Communication was constant throughout the process and interviews were professional and thorough. The company uses PeopleMatter for their application, background check, and online assessment. The application takes about 30 minutes to complete at the most.
