The Grand Brighton interview questions

There was over 100 candidates in one of the larger banqueting venues. There were several tasks that required teamwork. One included setting a table the others were fun and unrelated to the job role but were intended to get a sense of our characters and ability to work with others. Successful candidates were then invited to an interview on the same day.
