I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Very well organized. Very personable and friendly process. Situational questions were very thought provoking. Went over the whole lesson plan process and met with future coworkers. Left the door with a job and I knew my work schedule.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
