I did not appreciate the fact that the HR team didn't bother informing me about not being able to take things forward. This is after 2 separate rounds and an assignment. I found out through a friend who referred me there, who had to check on my progress with the HR after a while. Moreover, the HR team incorrectly informed my friend that they were trying to contact me to update me, whereas no such call happened. Seems like a lousy way to conclude an application process, that too for a senior position. Every thing except for this lack of update was very well conducted.
