I applied online by checking the school's website. I received a request for my first screening interview. A few days later, I received an invitation to demo and interview in person. I was moving from another state and felt very welcomed during my in-person interview. The hospitality I felt while at Gateway was definitely a big part of my decision when I got my offer. The school has a tradition of inviting new staff that has been hired to their "End Of Year Party" to meet the staff they will be working with the next school year.
