I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The GOVT (Singapore) in Jan 2023
Interview
Google Meets interview with pretty standard questions and an overview of the expectations of the positions at the end. Come prepared with questions about the job. Experience within the industry prior to the interview is definitely a plus point, however, if you do not have any it is fine, just be up to date on what campaigns the agency has run as well as what the position entails, even if you do not know specifically, an educated guess is better than no guesses.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The GOVT (Singapore) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very professionally managed, there were 3 rounds in total.
1. HR Manager - Shared with me the expectations, job description, and accounts and size of team that I would be required to lead.
2. Managing Director - Very pleasant lady, sharp, articulate and clearly someone who rolls up the sleeves and not just sit on the iron throne.
3. Chemistry with Team - I was the most impressed with this segment the best as it shows that the agency does care about its employees. The suits seemed motivated and asked the right questions. Very culturally led session and not skills based.
HR came back to me within 2 weeks, and although I was not hired for the role, the process left me with a strong impression.

GovT got back to me a couple days after I submitted my application. Interview was pleasant. Both interviewers were kind and welcoming. Pretty standard interview, briefed me on the position, asked relevant questions and answered my questions well.
