      Interview

Having an outstanding history of service and needing a new job at the exact moment they require staff is likely the only way you will get the opportunity, but if your stars align, it will be worth it. The owner and manager were direct, funny, and serious about the establishment, so balancing an amiable sense of humor with a passion for mixology will be crucial. It also won't hurt to dress the part. Don't overdo it, but be stylish; like someone that you would want to see behind the bar.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Bar knowledge, experience level in the industry, how you handle pressure, your availability, where you like to drink and eat, what you do when you're not working.
