Trial session with an existing team, be it football or tennis. Assisting them but also keeping the children engaged and showing off my knowledge of tennis and how to work with children.
Simple questions, ask about experience and ability to handle thingss that could come up unexpectedly. Really good interview - person centred. Seems like a good company to work for - they set you up to succeed
I applied online. I interviewed at The Foxes Club (London, England)
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn outside of standard business hours requesting times for an interview. I immediately replied. The next morning I received a copy and pasted message (because it was addressed to someone with another name) "We've reviewed your application again this morning and have realised that you also run your own businesses, knowing the time and energy commitments that are needed I'm conscious that it may not be possible to add a full-time marketing role into the mix."
So because I freelance and try to support myself while job searching, I'm not eligible for full-time work? This is so out of touch.
