The interview process was very easy. They basically described what the job would entail and had me watch a video on tissue donation. It seems that many applicants won't want the job anymore after learning what they would have to do on a daily basis.

The interview was over the phone. The person conducting the interview asked a lot about the company and if I understood what the job entails. They asked about my experience and also if i had any issues being around dead bodies.

Interview
I met Four different people. First I met with HR, who was a very nice and friendly person despite her hard questions. Then after that first interview, I met with the Lab Manager and the CEO. All of them were very professional and nice. However, the questions are intense. I don't think preparing for an intrview is any good, just be yourself.
