Completed all three stages all within a month. Now waiting to know if I will be offered the position.
This process takes patience, I am still waiting to know after my third final stage to know if I am hired. I provided my references as requested before final stage . Yet my references have communicated they have not been reached yet.
Hopefully a positive outcome can happen with all of he stages that I have passed so far.

2 demo lesson 60 minutes each
Once done teaching I had an interview in-person with two administrators/leaders.
Was greeted and toured energy was great and welcoming.
Questions asked how did I Learn about the school, tell us about yourself so we can get to know you better, how do you resolve conflicts with co-workers, how have I grown as a teacher, what contributions can I bring long term to TEP .

The whole process seemed tedious but if you’re organized it is possible complete all the task. All the employees were nice and very helpful

Many steps with minimal communication from hiring team. I completed an extensive online application, had to record a 45 minute demo lesson with 24 hour notice, and online interview. No one even watched my demo lesson because Google drive tells you who accessed the folder. I sent a follow up email and nothing. I’m honestly shocked that they have that many steps with no communication. At the very least you can notify someone after they spent hours completing deliverables for free. Truly incredible.
