Interview
The interview process wasn’t too difficult and it consisted of two virtual interviews. The interviews were with the SVP of marketing and with the Producer. It did take some time to hear back, but overall, it was a great experience!

Interview
Brief phone screener with HR where they mostly talked about themselves and didn't ask me any questions then invited in for an in-person interview with the team that I would be working for. The interview was about twenty minutes. HR called later that afternoon to let me know I had gotten the job.

They asked me a lot of situational questions like, "what would you do in this scenario?"

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. Resume/cover letter required. I interviewed with the department members first, then finally with HR before receiving an offer. The process took several weeks.

The department is small, so they wanted to ensure that the candidate was the right fit - so the interview process was an evaluation of that in addition to an assessment of requisite skills.
