Interview
1. presentation about Emirates company
2. work in team groups (usually you are given task & you must solve it in your team, they look at your behavior during this play)
3. english test (4 parts, 45 minutes + essay)
4. final interview (brif about yourself + many questions about why do you want to work in our team? Why? Why? Why?)
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (Dubai)
Interview
1.Introduce myself in front of everyone (only name, nationality, and service experiences + my favorite destination)
2.Team discussion + Team Presentation in front of everyone.
3.Final Interview
After two or three days, I got a call from the company. But another applicant got a call after two weeks.

The interview takes place in several stages over two days. The first stage is a presentation of the company, followed by questions. Then there are group activities and individual face-to-face interviews. They also check your height. The next day there is another individual interview with a medical check.
it was done through an agent and the agency was talking more about himself than trying to ease attendee’s nervousness. Not sure what his rule is as outstanding candidates with good communication skills and looks were not shortlisted.
