Competency based interviews asking for examples from past experience and previous positions. Plus at a second interview I was asked to do a short presentation on market conditions and the emirates brand

Tell me about a time when you had a difficult negotiation
Face to face with a panel of 3 people. Situational questions were asked . Salary expectations were asked. Refered to details that were on my cv as base for questions. Contacted the references I had put.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
The process was clear and fair from start to finish. Beginning with CV application followed by HR phone call. There was then a meeting with my future superior and HR. Finally there was a presentation to be shared with Senior Management.

Have to apply through Emirates website. They will contact you via emails for interview if you are shortlisted. 2 interviews were conducted. First interview were given 3 questions and time for preparation. Create presentation slides on the spot on present them during the interview. They will contact you again via email for second interview if you are shortlisted. Second interview was conducted with higher management for their review and approval.
